Progress at last...

So, progress with the project has been pretty slow of late.  Despite all the major components being ready for reassembly finding the time in the evenings to get anything done has been difficult.  This weekend I've managed a few hours during the day as well though, thanks to an understanding wife!

I'm a bit concerned about whether the C110 will be ready for Easter (my arbitrary deadline) so to save a bit of time I've stolen the wheels out of my black C114.  The bikes share common chassis and engine parts, the only real differences are the low exhaust and a different side panel on the exhaust side.  The C114 looks a little forlorn without its wheels, but I'll make it up for it with a new set once the C110 is complete.

The C110, on the other hand, now really looks like a bike again!  There are a few bearings that need replacing in the wheel hubs, and the speedo drive needs a good clean out and regrease, but it's good to see it back on some wheels.

And it doesn't end there!  I've also made a good start on reassembling the engine.  The gearbox cluster, kickstart mechanism and the crank are installed in the left hand crankcase.  The gearbox still works as well!
